Sesquicentennial State Park is located in Northeast
Columbia. This is a great location for trail runs and mountain
biking. Portions of this course are used for area high school
cross country meets.

town, check out the Harbison State Forrest. This location offers
many options for trail or paved running. Mountain bikers should
also check out this venue.

Carolina Marathon Race Course

If you are planning to do the Governor's Cup 1/2 Marathon, you
can train right on the race course and practice the infamous uphill
finish. The course begins and ends in downtown Columbia and
takes you on sights through Shandon and out to Forest Acres.
